Applicants at the Elderly properties should be 62 years of age or older, or disabled regardless of age - with our without children.

Applicants at the Family properties must meet the low income guidelines for the county.

All applicants must meet other tenant selection criteria during the determination of eligibility process. There is an application fee required to finalize the determination of eligibility.
