OUR TEAM

Occupied Properties has been providing safe, affordable housing in Maine since 1998.  We manage ten federally subsidized housing projects across the State of Maine.  With project based assistance available - rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.

Applicants at the Elderly properties should be 62 years of age or older, or disabled regardless of age - with our without children.  Applicants at the Family properties must meet the income limits for the county.

All applicants must meet other tenant selection criteria during the determination of eligibility process.  There is an application fee required to finalize the determination of eligibility.

At Blueberry Hill Apartments, there are three units with no rental assistance.  Therefore, housing vouchers may be accepted.
