AS OF 4/1/24 THERE ARE 2 VACANCIES WITH NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE.  TENANTS WOULD PAY FULL BASIC RENT OR CAN APPLY WITH A HOUSING VOUCHER.

Any applicant on the waitlist through the former management agent will hold their place on the waitlist.  However, they will need to submit a new application.  Please call or email our office to receive a new application.

Applicants must meet the income limits for Franklin County.  

As with all family properties that we manager, pets ARE NOT ALLOWED.  Smoking is ONLY allowed outside and 25 feet from all doors, windows and common areas (walkways, etc.)
